About Us:
My client is a thriving and innovative company at the forefront of the environmental sector.

As a dedicated HR Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work closely with their talented HR team, supporting the growth and success of our organisation.

This is a smaller organisation, with a real 'family' feel. You will work as a pure generalist advisor, with the opportunity to work across a variety of HR processes.

Your Role:
As a HR Advisor, you will be an integral part of our HR department, providing expert advice and guidance to both management and employees

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising and assisting managers on performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation and best practices.
  • Providing guidance on employee development, training, and career progression.
  • Assisting in the management of employee benefits, compensation, and rewards programs.
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and generating reports as needed.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record as an HR Coordinator or similar role, with a deep understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HRrelated software systems.
  • A passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with industry trends.
