The Role

As part of the Platform Success team, you will play a critical role in enhancing our platform's value by meticulously curating and uploading content that showcases our clients' products, services, and projects. You are the bridge between our clients and their potential customers, ensuring that every listing is presented in the most engaging and informative manner possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand and gather all necessary information about their products, services, and projects.
  • Ensure accurate and appealing presentation of client offerings on the platform, including high-quality images, detailed descriptions, and relevant specifications.
  • Maintain up-to-date and organized client profiles, ensuring all information is current and reflects the client's brand accurately.
  • Work alongside the marketing and tech teams to optimize content visibility and user engagement.
  • Provide feedback and insights to clients on content performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on listings to ensure compliance with ArchiPro's standards and guidelines.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and platform updates to continuously improve content strategy and presentation.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in content management, digital marketing, or a similar role in a tech-focused environment.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for design and detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building productive relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in digital content platforms and tools, with a quick adaptability to new technologies.
  • Organised and methodical, with a capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A background in architecture, interior design, or related fields is a plus.
