The Digital Marketing Coordinator – Google is a member of the central ZURU Digital Marketing team, helping execute digital marketing for the ZURU TOYS & EDGE portfolios of brands. This role supports all of ZURU's global digital media execution, and specifically leads execution of YouTube & Google campaigns, in the Google Ads platforms.

Reporting to our Digital Manager – Google & Marketplaces, and indirectly to Head Of Digital, you'll be working alongside our brand, data & content teams to implement & report world leading Google campaigns. You'll have the support from a growing digital team that includes colleagues that either lead different platforms, or that specialise in Toys or FMCG industry marketing.

We are seeking a curious, dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator -Google to join our team. Once established they can analyse and optimise paid campaigns effectively and efficiently in Google, utilising an array of data to make strategic decisions that have a tangible impact on performance.

What you'll do
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of Google advertisement campaigns.
  • Support the setup and daily management of campaign components, including bids, budgets, and ad placements.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing data to support optimization decisions.
  • Implement optimizations under the guidance of senior team members to improve campaign performance.
  • Compile regular performance reports and summaries for review by senior team members.
  • Support the preparation of detailed post-campaign analyses to identify key insights and areas for improvement.
  • Track and report on budget utilization across campaigns and provide suggestions for adjustments as necessary.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and best practices for Google Ads and YouTube advertising.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance campaign management skills.
  • Assist with the processing of invoices and update payment statuses with suppliers.
  • Help coordinate communication and logistics for team meetings and external calls.
  • Documenting meeting minutes and distributing action items to the broader team.
What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field, with a focus on paid media or campaign support.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and the role of paid media.
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply new information in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritise, stay organised, and manage time effectively with a strong can-do-attitude.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and YouTube advertising platforms is a plus.
  • Certification in Google Ads or related digital marketing certifications is a plus.
