The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our digital marketing strategy. This includes managing a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring cohesive and innovative marketing campaigns across various digital channels, and driving online brand presence. The role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of website optimization, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of increasing online engagement and conversion rates, along with strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.

Additionally, the Head of Digital Marketing will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business goals. They will be tasked with staying abreast of industry trends and incorporating new technologies and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge. This role demands excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills to effectively lead the team and drive successful marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital innovation and a results-oriented mindset to continuously improve our digital marketing efforts.

You'll likely bring a proven track record in leading website strategy, design, optimization, and implementation initiatives. With expert knowledge of user experience (UX), user interface (UI), and web design principles, you'll understand and assist with geo-targeting strategies, IP filtering, content localization, and multi-site management, offering ideas and insights on best practices. You have a deep understanding of user profiling, segmentation, and data-driven content targeting, as well as extensive expertise in digital ad platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads, along with ad tracking and attribution. Experienced in landing page optimization, conversion funnel design, and creative testing methodologies for digital ad campaigns, you're also familiar with A/B testing, multivariate analysis, and optimization for personalized user experiences. Your understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM, CDP, and their integration with ad platforms, combined with proficiency in web analytics tools and modern analytical techniques, sets you apart in measuring campaign impact. You're a problem solver with excellent project and stakeholder management skills, confident in managing and motivating cross-functional teams and external partners. Your outstanding communication and presentation skills allow you to articulate vision and strategies effectively.
