Role Overview

Datamine is a leading analytics consultancy and product developer that helps businesses unlock the value in their data. We're seeking a B2B Marketing Coordinator to join our busy Auckland office and work on Marketing initiatives that affect our clients across New Zealand and Australia.

As our Business and Marketing coordinator, you'll be integral to our marketing efforts, ensuring smooth operations and driving results. If you're highly organised, results-driven, and thrive in operational roles, this is the perfect opportunity for you to join our team

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and activities to ensure they run smoothly and meet objectives
  • Manage relationships with external partners to maximise collaboration opportunities
  • Update all platforms with current content (Linked In, website, CRM)
  • · Monitor and analyse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
  • · Maintain marketing calendars and budgets, ensuring all activities stay on track
  • · Assist in the development of marketing materials and content
  • Act as the main point of contact for external partners, fostering strong relationships
  • · Provide regular reports on marketing performance to the business
  • · Manage business requirements to ensure smooth operations across Client Services and Datamine

You bring

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, commerce, or a related field
  • Previous experience in marketing coordination or a similar operational role, with a track record of successful project delivery
  • Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities to foster effective collaboration
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering outcomes and driving success
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges, coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Confidence and self-assurance in executing operational tasks autonomously and efficiently
  • High level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence, enabling you to navigate complex situations with empathy and diplomacy
  • Desire to keep learning and applying that knowledge,
  • Can do, will do attitude
