We are looking for a hardworking and an enthusiastic applicant for the role of a Customer Lead (Telephone account manager) where you would be responsible for Telco and ICT sales and communicating with our customers to help with queries.


Responsibilities:

  • Calling our Customers to ensure we deliver awesome level of customer service to deliver a great iNPS result.
  • Supporting customers who visit the Business Hub with their queries and requests.
  • Provisioning and connecting ICT services, when required.
  • Working with our IT Partners and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure an effective handoff of any customer related matters.

Minimum 30 Hours per Week

Requirements:

  • Must be New Zealander
  • Skills for great Strong customer service and conflict management.
  • A team player with a likeable personality and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent phone manner, written and verbal skills
  • Collaborative approach so as to work closely with team members across the business to deliver a premium outcome for the customer
  • A 'Can Do' approach
