The role involves support tasks at varying levels so you will need to be willing and keen to take on a wide range of administration work across the team.

The primary function of this role is to ensure quality and accuracy in all functions of this busy regulatory services team, including:

Answering queries/phone calls & dealing with members of the public

Creating records & managing high volumes of information

This role would ideally be suited to a self managing person, someone with an analytical approach who is able to engage effectively with a wide range of people, build relationships and problem solve.


Ideally you will have:

An understanding of legal/compliance functions
