Job Description:
Reporting into the Chapter Lead and joining a team that are spread across the wider business, as a Team Facilitator / Scrum Master, you will be responsible for instilling an agile mindset and methodology, value delivery, continuous improvement and driving performance.
Your key priorities will involve:
- Championing and embedding an agile culture, behaviours & mindset
- Coaching squad members on the use of appropriate agile methodologies to deliver business value
- Promoting a dynamic environment that supports continuous improvement and innovation
- Providing coaching to teams and Product Owners
- Supporting key events for squads and facilitating process improvements
- Swarming to priorities across your wider Tribes
Qualifications:
We are looking for a team player - someone who can inspire squad members, encourage collaboration, and has the influence to coach for performance.
You will role model what underpins agile - so your growth mindset, your value delivery focus, and your ability to embody servant leadership will be key.
Your experience or skillset should also reflect:
- A strong understanding of, or experience with, agile methodologies, processes and ways of working
- Confidence in presenting to large groups, and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas
- Proven ability to determine the value of work, to prioritise, and deliver
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to create a positive, collaborative and inclusive work environment
- A desire to learn and the proven ability to operate outside your comfort zone
