Digital Operations Executive

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage digital inventory scheduling and file uploads.
  • Liaise with sales teams for campaign coordination.
  • Coordinate with thirdparty providers for content scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform postcampaign analysis.
  • Monitor digital assets and coordinate maintenance.
  • Coordinate with sales teams and clients for scheduling.
  • Ensure timely task completion and workflow efficiency.
  • Manage digital asset maintenance programs.
  • Focus on process improvement for enhanced quality and efficiency.

About You

  • Strong Administration and/or coordination experience
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise and multitask
  • Google docs or MS Suite experience and at ease picking up new systems
  • Ability to think outside the box to problemsolve
  • Processdriven and good at meeting deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Takes ownership and makes things happen
