This role is key to supporting the Design Team to progress towards Summerset's strategy to be more efficient and effective and invest in back-office systems and processes, as we continue to grow.


  • Participation in discovery workshops and contribute to workflow design recommendations
  • Undertake training to support system design
  • Undertake testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) in Sandbox and Live environment
  • Project and Reporting template creation and development to replace current state activities
  • Work with Design and SMEs to ensure that the system meets Summerset's Architectural and Design Management requirements
  • Ensure that the systems have appropriate security controls and permissions in place in line with existing controls and delegated authority
  • Ensure that the system is built with Design Team user front of mind (Technician's/ Senior Technicians/ Architects/ Design Managers and Managers)
  • Produce documentation to ensure the ongoing successful operation of the system by the various contributing roles
  • Effectively deliver training & change management initiatives to Design Members to maximise adoption
  • Support project and change management as required by the Business Performance Manager
  • Report on benefits at each project phase. Advise on improvements / enhancements as required to ensure realization is achieved
  • Analyse and manage risks, dependencies, issues and assumptions resolving these where possible and escalating to Business Performance Manager as appropriate
  • Present and communicate insights and findings to crossfunctional team members and management
