About the role

Data Reporting & Visualization:

  • Craft engaging, visually stunning, and accurate reports for the entire business
  • Design and develop eyecatching data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI
  • Maintain our Data Insights hub, monitoring engagement and continuously enhancing the platform for simplicity and efficiency

Stakeholder Partnership:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to help them understand and utilize data to solve business challenge
  • Collaborate with teams to grasp their data needs, providing businesswide support for datadriven decisionmaking
  • Use compelling storytelling and engaging presentations to communicate insights and promote teamwork across departments

Business Performance Analysis:

  • Offer comprehensive endtoend data analytics, recommendations, and segmentation on request
  • Dive deep to understand our customers, personas, and segments, providing insights and next best actions

Design & User Experience:

  • Ensure every report is accessible, relatable, and relevant to the target audience
  • Lead with a UXfocused mindset to develop visually appealing and userfriendly reports and dashboards, utilizing design principles and colour theory

Culture & Collaboration:

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and leveraging each other's talents
  • Lead with curiosity and a relentless growth mindset

About you

  • You are energetic and experienced in data analytics and visualization, with a portfolio of work using Power BI (or a wealth of innovative ideas)
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of telling captivating data stories
  • You possess a strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, and effective layout techniques
  • You demonstrate great interpersonal skills for partnering with stakeholders and teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights
  • You have a curious and growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and development
  • You are a selfstarter with loads of initiative and drive
