We are currently recruiting for a Lead Advisor - Workplace Wellbeing based from one of our National Offices - Wellington or Auckland.

In this role you will be responsible for implementing an evidence-based, health and wellbeing programme for Kāinga Ora employees and ensuring there is access to a range of initiatives to meet the needs of a diverse organisation.

This role takes the lead on delivering population health initiatives based on priority health and safety risks (physical and psychological) for the organisation and needs identified by our people.

This includes managing operational relationships with external providers, coordinating nationwide campaigns, developing and implementing new initiatives and monitoring their effectiveness.

- qualifications in population health, health promotion or similar
- experience working in large complex organisations with customer facing employees
- an holistic and evidence-based approach to health and wellbeing
- strong collaboration and relationship management skills
- proven experience delivering workplace wellbeing programmes.
