Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

An exciting opportunity in a dynamic company for an enthusiastic, self-motivated person with great interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

This role will involvejoining our administration team to help coordinate our technical resources and help with other administrative tasks. We are not necessarily looking for a candidate with IT industry experience, instead we are seeking someone with great customer service who is organised and has good administration skills. You must have a positive "can-do" and "I can help" attitude. You will be the type of person who takes ownership of issues, finds solutions to problems and delivers great service outcomes for our clients.

Our clients are spread across the greater Wellington region, overseas and range from large corporate to small private clients. We have a strong presence in the education market.

The environment is diverse and challenging and will provide opportunity to gain a wider breadth of experience within a supportive team.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing our technical resourcing calendars
  • Communicating scheduling changes to clients
  • Liaising with account managers and technicians
  • Assisting in quality delivery of services to our clients
  • General administrative tasks and housekeeping

You will need to demonstrate:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in using tools such as resourcing calendars and excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to quickly learn and accurately follow processes
  • A friendly, helpful and enthusiastic attitude
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • The ability to take initiative effectively
  • Self-motivation that enables you to work autonomously and consistently
  • An interest in technology
