Mō te tūnga | About the roles
We have multiple Fixed Term positions available for Recruitment/HR Coordinators as part of our HR Services and Recruitment Teams.

You will also gain end to end recruitment and human resources coordination experience completing a range of tasks including letters of employment, booking interviews and general administrative tasks.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Tracking, recording and updating internal systems
  • Daily use of MS forms, excel and SAP HRIS systems
  • Responding to and triaging recruitment and safety checking enquiries and arranging various preemployment checks
  • Producing letters of offer and employment agreements
  • Looking after several shared inboxes and completing a range of tasks.
  • Updating records in our Human Resources systems.


This is an opportunity to gain experience in a new area where you can utilise your administration and communication skills and contribute to helping us keep the Tamariki and Rangatahi safe whilst in our care.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring
This role will suit administrators interested in gaining further experience in Recruitment and Human Resources. You will have sound experience and an ability to prioritise and manage a variety of tasks.

You will be able to navigate cloud-based storage and Microsoft software to a high degree, show sound written communication skills and provide a high level of customer service.

Attention to detail is an important skill required for these positions.

Key requirements of the role include:

  • Experience with pre-employment vetting checks such as police vetting would be an advantage
  • Strong administration/coordination experience
  • Experience in a similar recruitment or HR related position is highly desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver a high degree of accuracy and quality
  • Strong problemsolving skills, along with a strong customer focus
  • Proven organisation skills and be selfmotivated with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders in writing and via calls.
  • Intermediate Excel experience including the use of formulas would also be an advantage but not essential.
