The Role


We are looking for a Superstar Manager who has the expertise to create a fresh, bright experience for every customer who walks through the doors in Auckland.


You will:

  • Ensure the environment within the site is always top notch
  • Guarantee the customer journey for your outlet is being followed by all team members
  • Make sure quality of products, plus waiting times exceed expectation
  • Take responsibility for daily/ weekly procedures including ordering, receiving and stock take.
  • Lead your team, provide feedback and set a high example by always operating above the line

Skills / Experience
A previous role leading a team is encouraged however not essential.

What we are looking for is:

  • Excellent presentation and strong clear communication
  • Leadership, energy and enthusiasm
  • An open mind and eagerness to learn
  • A flexible, fun and driven individual
  • A managers certificate or LCQ is advantageous
