Sales Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our Customer Success Department as a Sales Administrator. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the customer success team by handling various administrative tasks, answering customer requests, and ensuring smooth communication between the department and our customers.
- Assist in managing customer accounts within the Education Perfect platform. This includes maintaining accurate customer records, updating account information, and ensuring data integrity.
- Serve as a central point of contact for a portfolio of customer inquiries, requests, and issues. Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Support customer renewals and upselling activities. Assist in tracking contract expiration dates, preparing renewal proposals, and managing renewal processes.
- Process simple invoice amendments and triage out other customer questions to Sales/Finance/Support as required.
- Liaise with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and smooth coordination of customer success activities. Participate in cross-functional initiatives and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
