About Entelar Group

Entelar Group is a new Spark subsidiary bringing together the existing capabilities of Entelar, Connect 8 and parts of Spark. These include IT distribution, integrated supply chain, field, and network delivery services; meaning we can provide extensive end-to-end services for our customers. We have over 400 directly employed resources across the country and with contractors a field force of over 500.

About the role/team:

We own and manage the Consumer hardware product strategy and provide a curated range of phones, tablets, smart home, entertainment and IT products to sell in our stores, website, other Spark owned subsidiaries and though new partner channels. We work closely with many other parts of the business to drive overall Spark business objectives. This includes end to end vendor, lifecycle, commercial, customer and product management.

About the role:

month fixed term contract (Maternity cover)

You will be Partnerships and Innovation Lead in the Consumer Hardware and Partnerships Domain and will be supporting the delivery of key initiatives within our consumer and partnership strategy. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to drive innovation and growth for the company. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify market opportunities, develop new products and services, and enhance the company's competitive position through new revenue streams.

This will include seeking out new partners, collaboration channels and integrating these partners with existing and greenfield opportunities.

You will provide key interlock with relevant stakeholders and be fully embedded in their ways of working to ensure continuity across products and client service levels.

What you'll need:

  • You have energy, a positive attitude, are a fast learner and a have experience navigating complex organisations
  • At least 4 years in a partnership development or management experience, ideally within tech/telco.
  • Be commercially astute – you know a good opportunity when you see one and know how to navigate complex commercial terms.
  • Demonstrate a holistic understanding of consumer electronic product GTM strategies.
  • You have a desire to build strong working relationships with your stakeholders
  • You are a self-starter and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • A genuine passion for cutting edge technology
  • Be a natural networker – you can hold a conversation with anyone and love connecting ideas and people organically.
  • You have the right to permanently live and work in NZ
