As the newest member of Tracksuit's Partnerships team, you'll be based in our Auckland office and will be focused on growing and managing agency partnerships across NZ, while working with and reporting into our Partnerships Lead.

What will you will be responsible for?

  • Sourcing new agency partnerships (primarily creative, media, brand and digital agencies) in NZ
  • Onboarding, enablement and ongoing engagement of partners
  • Driving customer referrals through partners
  • Add value to existing partners (strategy & insights)
  • Aligning with internal team members including sales, customer, marketing and product - partnerships is a cross-functional effort

  • Proven experience, success & progression within an agency or agency partnerships role
  • Understanding of the creative, media, PR, and digital agency landscape
  • You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • You're thoughtful, kind and empathetic - collaborative and love learning new things
  • High standards, attention to detail, and great communicator, using a range of tones of voice whilst interacting with a broad range of partners
  • Brand/Marketing/MarTech experience (it would make the learning of marketing lingo easier)
  • A love of good brands and branding
