Orbit Marketing is scouting for a superstar Regional Coordinator to join our Christchurch team (with additional days available if the successful applicant is seeking more work).

Permanent part-time.
$28.00 per hour.
Laptop and full office set up supplied.

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

_ Staff care_

  • Training our Brand Ambassadors both online and instore. Training will be related to campaigns as well as to other company processes.
  • Visiting shifts, providing feedback and support in relation to campaign performance.
  • Being contactable and responsive. Communication is key to this position.
  • Supporting Brand Ambassadors daytoday during live campaigns, promoting Orbit's company culture to ensure retention.

_ Shift and campaign management_

  • Staffing campaign shifts within the Christchurch region (and greater South Island), communicating and inputting information using staff management software.
  • Survey checking, ensuring shift information is provided on time and to a high standard.
  • Covering shifts as needed.
  • Mystery Shopping in store in order to offer meaningful feedback and support to our Brand Ambassadors.
  • Taking photos at campaigns and recording feedback for client reporting.
  • Taking a proactive stance re: potential and active issues during a campaign.

_ Collateral management_

  • Create and manage campaign kits, checking and adding to collateral as required.
  • Planning and actioning kit movements between Brand Ambassadors, and between regions. This will involve weekly planning as well as liaising with couriers.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • A relevant tertiary qualification e.g. Marketing/Management.
  • Previous experience in a Coordinator role.
  • Proven experience in various conference and event types.
  • Enthusiasm, willingness to work with the Orbit management team and the ability to roll up your sleeves and get the job done is what we are ultimately looking for.
  • Driver's license.
