Hours:
Permanent, part-time (30 hours per week)

We have an exciting role available for a business support coordinator to support the business support team in providing accurate and timely financial administration and payroll services and support.

About the role:

  • Undertake the administration, preparation, processing and payments of the CCS Disability Action payroll system.
  • Assist the completion of branch Monthly Accounts on an accrual basis.
  • Support the processing and administration of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Support the Regional Business Support Team with the preparation of financial information for local, regional, national, and auditing reporting purposes.

About you:

  • Excellent numerical, communication and organisational skills.
  • Competent computer skills i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel(Essential), PowerPoint and other data bases.
  • Expertise using accounting and payroll packages (preferably IMS).
  • Unerringly positive, bright, cando personality.
  • Able to work independently when required.
  • Able to establish and implement efficient systems.
  • Uptodate knowledge of payroll processes and relevant legislation.
