The Opportunity


As a member of the Accounts Payable team, this position will work to provide support for the accurate and efficient processing of invoices for MidCentral.


Duties include:

  • Payment of vendor invoices
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Establish and maintain effective office systems and processes
  • Liaising with external and internal stakeholders
  • Taking some vendor enquiries and maintaining a high standard of service
  • Proven knowledge and experience in accounts payable processing
  • An understanding and ability for reconciliations
  • Previous experience in Administration
  • Excellent communication & organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines
  • Ability to work in a team with a positive and professional attitude
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A knowledge of JDE and Approval Plus an advantage


The position has a strong focus on accounts therefore experience in a similar role with accounts duties would be highly advantageous.
