Are you a Project Support Extraordinaire?

Join our dynamic team as a Project Support and be a catalyst for innovation within Emerge Services. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is passionate about driving positive change and streamlining/defining processes.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in scoping and supporting the delivery of Ignite innovation projects and pilots, collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

As a Project Support, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Requirements Gathering and

Project Scoping:
Work closely with teams to identify project requirements, assisting in scoping, planning, and delivering pilot activities. Your expertise in gathering and documenting project requirements will be instrumental in laying a strong foundation for success.

  • Clear Planning and Documentation: Ensure that initiatives have welldefined plans, action points, and measurable outcomes. You will be responsible for producing comprehensive written reports, change documentation, and process flows for all pilots. Your exceptional communication skills will be essential in conveying progress and keeping all teams involved in our pilots across what we are doing and the changes that are happening.
  • Troubleshooting and Solution-

Oriented Approach:
Act as a problem solver, identifying and addressing project challenges with realistic solutions.

Your ability to analyse situations and provide innovative ideas will be crucial in keeping projects on track and overcoming barriers.


  • Collaboration and

Relationship Building:
Attend project team meetings, actively contributing ideas and updates. You will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with kaimahi across Emerge Aotearoa.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Your ability to effectively communicate progress, while taking teams involved in the pilots we run on the journey of service redesign, is crucial.
