About the Role


We're looking for two amazing people to join our customer care team on a fixed term basis for three months.

You will be doing a mix of taking inbound calls from patients, outbound calling to arrange follow up appointments.


This is a very exciting opportunity to join MoleMap as we enter a transitionary period of growth and continue to implement innovative solutions to provide an exceptional patient experience.

You will be working side-by-side with our existing customer service staff who will support you every step of the way.

Based in our modern Greenlane office, the role will be 40 hours a week.

Do be successful, you need:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre environment
  • Excellent listening skills and an ability to empathise
  • Ability to think on your feet and use your initiative
  • Attention to detail
  • Amazing verbal communication skills
  • To be computer literate i.e., competent with using the Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong administration and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at a time.
