About the Role


Join us in Gallagher's Animal Management Business unit and take the lead in revolutionising our digital marketing landscape during an 8-month fixed-term contract opportunity.


As a pivotal member of our team, you'll be responsible for steering the development and execution of our digital marketing strategies, collaborating closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and the new Head of Digital Commerce.

As a key contributor to #TeamGallagher, you'll engage with various internal stakeholders including Digital Marketing Coordinators, Heads of Product Solution Marketing, and the Global Marketing Team, as well as external relationships with design agencies, media providers, digital service providers, and other agricultural industry partners.


Your role will encompass project management of Animal Management focused digital initiatives, driving website optimisation, managing digital marketing systems, and providing data-driven insights to refine strategies.

Your continuous improvement mindset will propel us forward as you refine workflows, leverage analytics tools, and nurture vendor partnerships.

Key Experience & Attributes for Success

  • Proficient in creating and delivering digital marketing communications for product launches and lifecycles
  • Strong ability to foster brand loyalty and boost sales through digital platforms
  • Experience in effectively managing agile, smallscale digital teams
  • Skilled in website CMS management
  • Exceptional relationshipbuilding capabilities with both internal and external service providers
  • Creative thinker with the capacity to brainstorm innovative solutions for marketing challenges
  • Methodical and skilled in planning and executing projects, demonstrating strong administrative approach
  • Competent in adhering to and managing brand guidelines, even on an international scale
  • Proven experience working in deadlinedriven environments, delivering fast and accurate output
  • Adept at prioritising and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in creating usertargeted content
  • Background in or strong understanding of pastoral agriculture and livestock (desired)
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms (desired)
  • Creative background (desired)
  • Proficiency in SAP, Sitecore, or Bynder (desired)
