VTNZ Wellington is looking for a customer-focused Customer Care Specialist to join their team full-time.

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will provide customers with professional, friendly, and efficient processing of VTNZ services. You will have strong customer service skills and a 'can-do, will-do' attitude. You won't shy away from owning a customer enquiry and following it through to resolution. You will be involved with some products that are being rolled out now, as well as aiding our wider team with new initiatives and innovations in products and services, so a desire to learn and contribute is really valued


Working in a tight-knit team, and a broader team of product managers, sales and marketing specialists, the hours for this role are: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 4pm on Saturdays.


Based initially at Support Office in the heart of the Wellington CBD, with some requirement to occasionally travel to other branches in NZ to support our projects and customer engagements.

A full driver's licence is preferred.

You will be:

  • Great with customers first and foremost
  • Good phone manner and written/oral communication skill
  • Experienced using all the standard PC suites
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working with variable workload ebbs and flows
  • Comfortable working with deadlines and a fastpaced environment
