The role


You will be the face of the AA, offering a customer centric approach to those that visit our AA Centres by greeting them on arrival to determine the reason for their visit, assisting with simple transactions and managing the customer flow and queues.


What do I need to succeed?

  • You must be able to learn quickly
  • Have previous experience in a customer service/concierge environment
  • Be outgoing and selfmotivated
  • Have great communication skills
  • Enjoy dealing with customers
  • Have a confident and calming nature with an ability to recognise and deescalate situations as they arise
  • Enjoy working as part of a team


The rostered days for this role are from Thursday to Monday (Tuesday and Wednesday off) so you must be able to work weekends on a permanent basis.
