Ko tāu ake mahi | What you will be doing


The Clinical Quality and Education team is a group of fifteen experienced personnel including general practitioners, pharmacists, registered nurses, an administrative coordinator and assistant, a physiotherapist, and a qualitative analyst.

We support primary healthcare teams by providing independent, robust, evidence-informed education that encourages comparison of practice, discussion about variation, and teamwork.

We are committed to identifying, addressing and understanding health inequity in all our work.

This position is for 16 hours per week

Ko ngā pūkenga ōu | What you will bring

  • Registered General Practitioner (current APC).
  • Good understanding, and recently experience working in primary care (preferably you will continue to work in a clinical role).
  • Sound literature searching and critical appraisal skills
  • Experience interpreting and conveying quantitative information
  • Excellent standard of written work and attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the inequities in health
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about improving healthcare and keeping up with the most recent evidence
