The opportunity:


We have a unique opportunity for someone to join our small people systems team providing excellent support and customer service to our busy HR, IT and Shared Service Teams across Australia and New Zealand.


As a HR System Support with Fulton Hogan, you will provide assistance on all related queries, troubleshoot incidents and actively work to resolve them or escalate as appropriate.

You will be in direct communication with the Australian and New Zealand users on a daily basis, providing support, excellent customer service and maintaining our brand.


Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring multiple support queues on different platforms
  • Responding and resolving user queries, or escalating issue if required
  • Logging all tickets, ensuring communications are documented effectively in the incident management system.
  • Maintaining system scheduled admin tasks.
  • Maintaining up to date documentation for all helpdesk/support procedures.
  • Working within the Service Level Agreement.
  • Tier one support.
  • Completing testing for new enhancements.
  • Working directly with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Building relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Contributing towards 'customer selfhelp' by identifying knowledge gaps and updating relevant support material.
What we're looking for

  • Experience or a solid understanding of HR Processes.
  • Strong technical/system and analytical aptitude.
  • Prior technical/system support experience in a customerfacing role a real advantage
  • Prior experience with Workday is highly desirable.
  • A confident and engaging communicator who puts the customer's satisfaction high on their priority list.
  • Wellorganised approach to your work and able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel.
  • Familiarity with incident management systems, JIRA preferred.
  • A genuine passion for systems, HR and people
