**Your Title**:UX Analyst

**Location**:Christchurch, New Zealand

**Division**:Agriculture

Are you passionate about diving deep into user behaviour, turning insights into transformative digital solutions, and shaping the next generation of digital experiences for farmers?

**What You Will Do**

In our User Experience team, the guiding principle is straightforward yet essential: “Design industry-leading solutions that delight customers and drive business growth through empathy, collaboration, research, and efficiency.” UX Analysts make this possible.

As a UX Analyst, you’ll collaborate closely with other UXers, engineers, and product teams to solve complex challenges and strive to create best-in-class solutions. In addition, you’ll explore user behaviours and motivations by conducting discovery research and post-development analysis that will help us make informed decisions as a team.

Naturally, you understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into comprehensive research frameworks and strategies, and are excellent at working closely with designers, product managers/owners, and developers to integrate research findings into the design and development process.

This will involve you doing the following:

- Develop comprehensive research plans that actively involve and inspire your team, resulting in a significant influence on business strategy, product design, and overall quality
- Design and execute tailored research activities to address specific design and business challenges, utilizing a balanced approach of both qualitative and quantitative techniques to derive insightful conclusions
- Collect and analyze user behaviour through field visits, ethnography, surveys, benchmark studies, server logs, and online experiments (A/B testing), etc.
- Articulate and present research insights through persuasive, compelling written reports and group/in-person presentations
- Organize and execute usability tests, and analyze findings to validate design solutions and recommend improvements
- Establish mechanisms, roles, tools, and processes that are used to support researchers/designers in delivering and scaling the impact of user research across the organization.

**What Skills & Experience You Should Bring**:

- 7+ years as a UX Analyst or Researcher
- Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- Experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, including but not limited to usability studies, contextual inquiry, and surveys
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

**What Skills & Experience You Could Bring**:

- Master's degree or PhD in a related field
- Experience in agriculture or the industrial sector
- Experience working with products that include highly complex workflow considerations
- Experience working with touch displays, infotainment systems, or similar.

**About Your Location**

Based at our main campus in Christchurch, New Zealand, enjoy free parking, an onsite gym, an active social club, and a great team environment where people love working with leading technology solutions.

Here you'll find the inspiration and opportunity to be yourself and thrive with a team that is passionate about bringing new ideas and innovations to life and building a better, more sustainable future.
