ABOUT THE ROLE
Lead the website development and delivery team to inspire, innovate and lead the market and achieve performance targets.

You will also be responsible for managing client relationship and portfolios to deliver exceptional client outcomes and ultimately grow the business.

This role works closely with the GM of Digital, the wider team, clients, and vendor partners to deliver customer-centric digital solutions on time and on budget.

Its a highly technical role where you will be require to lead passionate Web Developers on projects helping with their code reviews and establish long lasting Client relationships.


DUTIES

  • Work with GM of Digital to define profitable business strategy to deliver market leading digital solutions that also meet the client brief
  • Monitor digital Web design and Web development teams growth trackers and plans and ensure they have everything they need to do their job effectively
  • Continually defining process and technologies used to improve digital design and development efficiency while staying on top of market trends
  • Collaborate with team to deliver quality new business proposals, RFPs and EOIs
  • Deliver monthly forecasts and invoicing and communicate client financial issues to business
  • Deliver annual department business plan and budget and drive client KPIs

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Website design and development leadership experience, ideally in an agency
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Proven experience delivering great solutions that meet the client's needs on time and on budget
  • Exceptional understanding of website design and development platforms and processes
  • Ability to manage internal communications respectfully
  • Capable of planning, prioritising, and managing multiple tasks
  • Be a creative problems solver with an understanding of industry challenges
