Company:

This company has sites and branches right across New Zealand. This role will be based in their Head Office on Auckland's North Shore.

They require a Temp to start on 3rd April for a 2 week handover with the current Temp who is moving overseas.


Hours, Location and Duration:

  • This is a Temp role
  • Start date is 3rd April to complete a 2 week handover
  • This role will run for approximately 6 months
  • Fulltime hours Mon to Fri 8.305pm
  • This role will be based in office on Auckland's North Shore
  • Plenty of staff car parking

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You will be reporting directly to the HR Manager
  • You'll be the glue that keeps the whole HR dept humming
  • You'll be providing admin support to HR, H&S and Recruitment
  • Your days will be busy & varied
  • Monthly H&S reporting pulling data from H&S system into a Word doc
  • Monthly HR reporting pulling data from HR system into a Word doc
  • Drawing up contracts for new employees, chasing signed contracts
  • Managing an HR inbox dealing with queries or escalating them
  • Entering new employees in the HR payroll system
  • Using alreadycreated templates
  • Drawing up various letters eg parental leave, jury service
  • Dealing with immigration requirements for potential new hires

About you:

You must currently reside in NZ as this role is based 100% IN-office on Auckland's North Shore, and must start 3rd April 2023:


  • You MUST already have the rights to work in NZ eg NZ Work Visa, NZ/Australian Citizenship or Residence:
  • You'll be an absolute HR or Recruitment Admin Superstar
  • You'll ideally have an interest/passion for H&S and/or HR
  • You'll be quick to pick up new systems as there are a few to learn
  • You'll not be afraid of getting stuck in to a new busy role
  • You'll be a high deliverer with a great work ethic
  • You'll be highly organised & able to juggle numerous tasks
  • You'll be extremely familiar with Word & Excel (think Pie charts & extracting data from Excel for reports)
  • If you've used the H&S system "Done Safe" that would be a bonus
