Our client has an immediate requirement for a seasoned professional Technical Integration & Platform Lead to join their high profile program of work which will be consolidating the assets and data of multiple entities into a singular national entity.

Your role will oversee the Technical Leadership & day to day management responsibilities including coordinating, planning, problem solving and executing this massive Data Migration, Integration and Platform program to achieve a modern, fit for purpose solution for the combined organisation.


To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skillsets and experience;

  • 8+ years successfully working in the delivery of largescale ICT programmes in an Agile environment
  • Experience with a a range of integration patterns; including Event driven architectures
  • Experience with managing and provisioning infrastructure teams in Azure and AWS using Infrastructure as Code, (ideally Terraform)
  • An understanding and experience leading security and performance testing activities
  • Experienced in Application Development and proven technical design and development experience
  • Significant experience working on the functional side of ERP implementation programmes and a deep understanding of business processes and technical solutions
  • Trusted and credible reputation within the business domain with a strong network across system vendors, business integrators and system integrators
  • Experience managing and leading key business stakeholders
  • Extensive experience managing key stakeholders and external relationships with vendors
  • Understanding of the machinery of government and related processes and procedures (desirable)
  • Excellent Problem Solving skillsets and experience
- trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders

  • The ability to think strategically and conceptualize complex ideas
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
