We are currently looking for a motivated, keen individual to join this team. This position provides a unique opportunity to put a variety of skills to use. You will be required to provide logistics and purchasing support to the team and customers.

Duties include:

  • Purchasing & forecasting
  • Accurately managing all stock and inventory
  • Production scheduling manufacturing products, including toll manufacturing.
  • Keeping the warehouse well information of all movements in and out
  • Develop business relationships with suppliers, service providers & clients Maintain accurate dates on all orders.
  • Maintaining records within their integrated inventory system; ensure it is up to date and accurate.
  • Manage and evaluate deliveries, shipments, and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
  • Cost and receipt goods in.
  • Update FX rates in Unleashed
  • Ensure best pricing and assist with researching & identifying new customers and suppliers.
  • Monthly stock reports to key customers.
  • Assist with Health & Safety and ISO requirements.
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
  • MPI Officer
  • 5 years + purchasing & supplychain experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with calm demeanor, not easily frazzled.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office is essential as is an ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in using SAP or Unleased systems
