**About the Role**:
We are looking for additional full time permanent Class 5 experienced Fuel Transport Operators.

**Key Responsibilites**:

- Hold and continue to validate all licenses in accordance with equipment driven, including appropriate Drivers licenses, Dangerous Goods Endorsement, Hazardous Goods Endorsement
- Complete daily pre-shift checklist including but not limited to, oil, water levels, lights, delivery hoses and tyres
- Operate equipment within the laws and regulations in force in New Zealand
- Check, record and request RIC's to ensure purchases are made in accordance with regulations and type of vehicle driven
- Ensure volume of loads carried do not exceed loading regulations
- Record all jobs on daily Trip Summary reports and ensure all delivery notes, Bill of Ladings and site defect forms are correctly filled in and handed to suprvisors on completion of shift
- Comply with LBT Logistics and Customers policies, guidelines and standards at all times
- Complete annual inductions and assessments as per LBT Logistics and customers procedures
- Ensure Company, Health & Safety, LTSA Regulations are followed at all times
- Report all incidents, accidents, near misses, risks and substandard conditions or practices. Complete required reporting forms and cooperate in all inspections and or investigations.

**About you**:

- Class 5 and DG license
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and able to work under pressure
- Appreciate the importance of policy and procedures
- Road ranger experience

**Working hours**:
The ordinary hours of work shall be based on a rotating shift roster pattern Monday thru Sunday as required within logbook hour regulations.

Commencement hourly rate: $32.00. On the completion of the induction courses, training period and solo signoff, hourly rate increases to $38.96.

We have a no tolerance Drug Policy - a pre employment and medical test is mandatory.
