About The Opportunity:


The Infrastructure Team provide OT Network & Systems engineering skills to Fonterra manufacturing across 40+ locations in New Zealand, Australia, Asia and Europe.

Join a strong in-house team to cover all support and assist capital projects and automation teams in our growing manufacturing environment.

Add value to what is already a high performing, highly engaged and energetic team. A team where collaboration really sets the bar high. A global support service where technical expertise, capability and experience sets us apart.

Guide and collaborate with the team in providing key technical advice to the business. Your goal will be to ensure the stability of network infrastructure, providing maximum performance and well thought out solutions.

You will also actively and positively contribute to discussions around new ideas, emerging technologies and be involved in technology innovation, with a focus on cyber security and ongoing support processes.


About You:

You will bring a minimum of 5 years practical IT/OT network experience.

Critical to success in this role is ensuring a high level of ownership in the implementation, management, monitoring & support of diverse & secure automation networks.

This provides the foundation for control system automation, capability and stability required to operate & run Fonterra's manufacturing operations - globally.

A few key skills you will bring, will include:

  • CCNA, CCNP or equivalent networking certifications
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • An appetite to continue learning and take pride in your work.
