This role is responsible for the delivery of a friendly, helpful customer focused service to members.

You will respond to requests and complaints and provide information on the company and services provided and at the same time will be focused on expanding memberships.


  • Customer service orientated (Experience advantageous.)
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Strong with building relationships and engaging in communication
  • Possess a demonstrated ability to deal with a wide range of people and situations
  • Are proactive and show a willingness to learn
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts within the hours of 8.00am to 5.30pm
  • Have intermediate MS skills and can learn new systems quickly
