Our Corporate Services teams provide a range of critical support and facilities management services to ensure our business functions and delivers seamlessly and effectively.

Comprising a dedicated team of corporate receptionists, facilities assistants and administrative coordinators, these are the people who are first impression ambassadors who smooth the path and provide the environment for our people to thrive, every day - they literally keep the lights on


The role of Facilities Assistant will be varied, working throughout our head office - helping make sure locations and equipment are available, ready and 'fit for purpose'.

The role will be varied - everything from changing lightbulbs and identifying necessary repairs to setting up meeting rooms and confirming technology and connectivity.

Bringing your practical skills and ideally exposure to an office environment, you'll be someone who sees what needs doing and makes it happen.

You'll have confidence to talk with people at all levels, with a positive, cheerful 'can-do' attitude. Working to deadlines and being flexible to support different tasks, including administration, will all be taken in your stride.

A team player, you'll be curious to learn and eager to see where your skills can help the team and the business.
