To achieve our vision you will lead a talented team of managers and technical staff.With that team, you will develop and deliver our engineering and design strategy to ensure our continued success as a leader in electrical energy and technology.

Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the engineering, design and draughting teams, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration and excellence Mentor and develop team members providing guidance feedback and professional growth opportunities to enhance their skills and capabilities Ensure the quality of the engineering and design we deliver uphold and enhance Electro Net Consulting's position as an industry leader Represent Electro Net Consulting at industry conferences and in industry forums as a technical leader of the company and the industry Oversee team performance, efficiency and effectiveness Manage resources, including workforce planning and development, to monitor and build the capability and capacity to effectively deliver services Identify new engineering and design process tools required to ensure the technical teams deliver efficiently What we are looking for: Qualifications & Experience:10+ years industry experience, with 5+ years in a leadership position A tertiary qualification in Engineering is preferred Leadership and change management experience Commercial acumen Reputation as an industry expert
