As a Senior Stock Control Officer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of our warehouse operations, ultimately supporting our mission to meet the needs and expectations of our customers, staff, and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all inwards and outwards goods, including verifying deliveries, processing paperwork, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Ensure timely and accurate picking and packing of customer requisitions.
  • Conduct regular stock takes and monitor stock levels to meet reorder requirements.
  • Deliver orders to the community with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain a tidy and safe warehouse environment, identifying and addressing hazards promptly.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to stock control staff, fostering teamwork and professional development.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Full clean Driver's License.
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in stock control warehousing.
  • Supervisory management experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to lift heavy items safely.
  • Knowledge of the Christchurch area is advantageous.
