Hours:
Permanent, part-time (20 hours per week)

Job specific information:


This role offers you an exciting opportunity to become involved in coordinating a comprehensive training programme to our Southern Region Branches.

About the role

  • A key role in supporting the Regional Leadership Team with the planning and coordination of a regional training programme.
  • Assist in creating quality and accessible training and education sessions.
  • Support in the development and administration of a new Learning Management System.
  • Assess individual and branch training needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate.
  • Work with the national training team to plan and coordinate national programme including onboarding programme.
  • Keep accurate training records.

About you

  • You will have ability to relate to disabled people.
  • Prior experience in a Learning and Development role including administration in Learning Management Systems.
  • Preferably some eLearning design skills.
  • Advanced organisational skills, attention to detail as well as the ability to handle multiple assignments.
  • Ability to relate to diverse range of people.
