OTAGO PLANT BASED ROLE

Platinum Recruitment are excited to be partner with this successful NZ processing site to secure a successful Engineering
Maintenance Coordinator for their Otago plant

The Right Person for the Right Role:

  • You will have a proven track record within the processing industry. Confident at identifying areas for process improvements. Demonstrable experience in implementing and setting up scheduling systems. You will work closely with contractors, suppliers and support internal staff at various levels. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will assist in engineering projects, promote H&S, write clear, concise reports and plans._
  • Ultimately with the goal to reduce downtime of plant so the product keeps heading out the door on time_

You will have experience in:

  • Plant Reliability & Preventative Maintenance methodologies
  • SAP CMMS software & implementation
  • Heading up Root Cause Analysis training
  • Asset Management

You will have:

  • A relevant engineering qualification OR Trade Cert
  • Knowledge of engineering practices and policies
  • Understanding of legal & legislative compliance requirements
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
