Our Client
The Role
Located in Christchurch and reporting to the Director and Business Manager this role is responsible for the effective implementation of all accounts administration functions and providing general administrative support to the Director, senior staff and team. This role will provide PA support to the Director as required, as well as assisting across various projects, marketing and advertising administration. Your key responsibilities will include processing weekly payroll, monthly invoicing, setting up new jobs, fee tracking and general accounting and administrative duties including assisting with health and safety requirements and documentation. The role will also oversee and support the administration of two off-site offices.
Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a similar role, strong IT skills; with exposure to Xero being advantageous, and a passion for continuous improvement of systems and processes.
You will have a proactive approach to problem solving, strong communication skills, and be well organised with good time management skills.
In addition, you will have an excellent work ethic and the ability to use your initiative and work autonomously.What KamoMarsh Can Offer You
