Your work will involve troubleshooting, installations, and ongoing support, all while building strong relationships with healthcare providers across the region. - Conduct Preventative and Reactive Maintenance on medical devices, ensuring they function optimally.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support, troubleshooting issues to maintain continuous operation.
- Support the installation of new medical equipment, ensuring seamless integration at customer sites.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, becoming their go-to technical expert.
- Manage your own schedule and documentation, ensuring all service activities are accurately recorded.
- In this role, you'll have the freedom to manage your own territory, make a real difference in the healthcare sector, and enjoy the opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Skills and Experience:
- A Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 12 months of experience in field service, preferably within medical devices or a related technical area.
- Strong mechanical and electro-mechanical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer interaction.
- Self-motivation and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage your own schedule.
- A valid Driver's License and eligibility to obtain a Restricted (EAS) Electrical License.
