Jaydan Electrical Services Limited is looking for an Officer Administrator in Auckland. This is permanent full-time position.

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate and oversee all office activities.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies.
  • Handle phone calls and all related correspondence.
  • Provide assistance with different budgeting and bookkeeping activities.
  • Control the office supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office needs.
  • Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service.
  • Manage the company's administrative functions, including human resources, purchasing, accounting, and office operations.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to management, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and other secretarial duties.
  • Maintain records and file management procedures.
  • Monitor office inventory, ordering office supplies and other materials as needed.

  • Ability to work weekends
  • Show attention to detail
  • Be a team player and flexible
  • Good initiative and time management skills
