We are on a mission to simplify the end-to-end building experience and are looking for an onboarding specialist to join our Parnell based team, supporting us to successfully onboard new clients to our ArchiPro platform.

ArchiPro empowers businesses to grow online and helps millions of people embarking on their building journey find what they love and need, from architects, building designers, interior designers, products and materials in the construction industry. We showcase a wide range of projects, from residential to commercial designs, and provide a resource for anyone looking to build, renovate, or find inspiration for their own projects.

The Role

As an Onboarding Specialist, you are the first point of contact for our new clients, setting the stage for their success on our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to provide an exceptional onboarding experience for architects, designers, builders, and suppliers, ensuring they are fully equipped to leverage ArchiPro's features. Through personalized one-on-one sessions and dynamic group workshops, you will help our clients understand how to best showcase their projects, services, and products, thereby enhancing their visibility and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct personalized onboarding sessions for new clients, including one-on-one and group meetings, primarily through online platforms like Zoom or Google Meet.
  • Develop and maintain onboarding materials, such as guides, tutorials, and FAQs, to assist clients in navigating the platform effectively.
  • Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding, tailoring the process to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Monitor client progress during the initial phases of their engagement with the platform, offering support and guidance as needed.
  • Gather feedback from clients post-onboarding to continuously improve the onboarding process and materials.
  • Stay updated on new features and updates to the ArchiPro platform to ensure accurate and current information is shared with clients.
  • Host regular webinars or workshops to educate clients on best practices for showcasing their work and engaging with potential customers on ArchiPro.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to highlight successful client onboarding stories and testimonials.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer service, onboarding, training, or a related field, preferably within the architecture, design, or construction industries.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate clients through various formats.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple onboarding sessions simultaneously.
  • A customer-first mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn and navigate new software platforms.
  • A team player, eager to collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Why Join Us?

At ArchiPro, you'll be part of a vibrant community that's shaping the future of architecture and design in New Zealand. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where your contributions directly impact our clients' success and satisfaction. With opportunities for professional growth and development, ArchiPro is the perfect place for those passionate about customer success and innovation.
