Our head office in Auckland is a modern, functional space overlooking the Viaduct, and just a 5 minute walk from Britomart's central transport hub. We've also got access to co-working spaces across New Zealand and Australia, to cater to some of our team and clients in different regions.

The role

ClearPoint is seeking a highly experienced, proven and driven Senior Strategic Client Executive to drive growth through acquiring new clients and expanding relationships across New Zealand and Australia. In this pivotal role, you will drive sales strategies aligned with company objectives, proactively identify and pursue new business relationships & opportunities, and expertly navigate the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation.

You will leverage your expertise in digital transformation, modern software solutions, and emerging technologies to position ClearPoint as an industry leader and trusted advisor. Leveraging your network & building strong client relationships will be key to achieving sales success.

Critically, you will have a consultative approach to understanding client needs and collaborate with ClearPoint thought leaders to present tailored solutions that drive tangible value. Your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, influence stakeholders at all levels, and negotiate mutually-beneficial deals will be foundational.

This full-time permanent opportunity offers a hybrid working environment, with our office conveniently located in Auckland CBD.

The experience we're looking for:

At least 10 years of B2B business development and sales experience at a Senior or Director level.

Preferably with a well-established client network within the NZ market.

Professional Services Sales experience within technology/software is highly advantageous.

Excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation), influencing and negotiation skills.

Proven track record of working to and exceeding targets.

Prior working knowledge/experience in the digital transformation space.

Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.

Good understanding of concepts related to building modern, cloud-native, software solutions is ideal.

Strong commercial acumen.

Knowledge of AI - nice to have.

What you'll be doing:

Foster new strategic client relationships to grow the business.

Generate pipeline & acquire new clients from focus accounts.

Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and advance the business.

Pinpoint areas to increase market footprint, including partnership opportunities.

Develop deep knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable opportunities.

Develop compelling presentations and proposals for clients and internal communications.

Prepare comprehensive documentation for RFPs and contracts.
