YOUR ROLE
Are you passionate about driving organizational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement? We're searching for a proactive and innovative Business Effectiveness Specialist to join our dynamic team and lead the charge in optimizing our WFM Operations
Team work is crucial to this role, as such you will be work closely with stakeholders to design learning materials, including induction/onboarding, tailored to the unique needs of our WFM Ops team.

ABOUT YOU
- Solid understanding of workforce management systems and practises (5+ years WFM experience preferred)
- Experience managing key relationships to influence positive business outcomes
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence and collaborate at all levels
- Strong communication skills, adapting style to audience
- Tertiary qualification/s in business, management, human resources, or related fields
- Facilitation skills
- Extensive culture evaluation and change experience.
- Project / program management experience (preferred)
- Leadership capability building experience
