The People Support Services Team is looking for a Senior Workforce Analyst to join our dynamic and collaborative team to cover parental leave.

This is a great opportunity to support Kāinga Ora by delivering workforce analysis and insights.

As a Senior Analyst you will design, implement, and maintain people focussed reporting, including routine reporting, supporting workforce initiatives, and responding to parliamentary questions and OIAs.

The Senior Reporting Analyst utilises best practice methodology for workforce analysis and is experienced with sensitive information handling.
Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring

  • Experience working in a Senior Analyst role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with databases and business intelligence tools to extract, manipulate and analyse data.
  • Power Query and PowerBI skills would be an advantage.
  • Previous experience working with HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Proven experience in people reporting, dashboards, and producing meaningful workforce analysis.
  • Experience in building and maintaining effective relationships, particularly the ability to gain credibility with senior people leaders
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate clearly, concisely and in plain language
