As our Stockroom Manager (Inventory Controller) you'll provide day-to-day oversight of the store's back of house operations as well as work closely with your team of fellow supervisors, the Assistant Store Manager and the Store Manager.

  • Ensuring cycle counts are established within stores and schedules are followed and completed to help avoid out of stocks
  • Ensuring the returns process and obsolete stocks are processed by the team effectively and in a timely manner within the store network

  • Monitoring stock levels in conjunction with the store Inventory Controller Lead on all inventory items
  • Completing paperwork procedures that are necessary for the effective functioning of the business
  • Preparing and completing reports as needed on stock control
  • Building and creating relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Working on a rostered basis including weekends, early starts, and late finishes

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have previous experience in a similar stock-based role in a fast paced, high volume retail sales environment
  • Have strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to influence team members at all levels by leading by example
  • Have a suitable level of physical fitness as you will be lifting and shifting boxes that can weigh up to 15kg
  • Are proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
