Role Overview:


As Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing client relationships, developing media strategies, and overseeing the execution of integrated advertising campaigns.

You will collaborate closely with a talented team of professionals to ensure the seamless delivery of our clients' objectives and contribute to our ongoing success.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic media plans that align with client goals and maximise results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to develop and execute multichannel campaigns.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients, utilising market trends and datadriven insights.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make realtime adjustments to optimise outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of media professionals, fostering their growth and development.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Account Director or similar role (sales) within a media, advertising, or communications agency.
  • Strong understanding of media planning, digital advertising, social media, and emerging platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strategic thinker with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team toward success.
  • Proficiency in industrystandard media planning and analytics tools.
